Heather Lowry
Heather S. Lowry, is a certified Women's Health Nurse Practitoner who joined Oakland-Macomb Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2001. She provides health services to women of all ages, focusing on wellbeing and preventative care. In addition to routine gynecological and obstetric care, Heather also treats minor problems and is trained in the insertion and removal of the Implanon contraceptive implant.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Heather worked a a registered nurse in emergency and mother/baby care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing, as well as a certificate in Nursing Education from Wayne State University in Detroit, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with honors, from the Universoty of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
