Ivana M. Vettraino, M.D., MBA
Offering a full range of Maternal Fetal Medicine services, Dr. Vettraino is board certified in Perinatology. She has over ten years of extensive direct patient and ultrasound experience. Dr. Vettraino received her medical degree from the University of Michigan. Her residency and fellowship were both at the renowned Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri.
Once a consultation is made, your patient will have a personal contact and concierge in Dr. Vettraino’s Physician Assistant, Nicole Lape.
Nicole Lape P.A.
Nicole Lape is a University of Michigan Graduate and has been a specialized MFM Physician Assistant for 10 years. Nicole will facilitate all aspects of your patient’s consultation starting at the initial intake from either the patient directly or from you, her physician. She will be a constant point of contact for your patient before and after the appointment with Dr. Vettraino. Nicole will gather all appropriate records and issue releases as needed to insure a comprehensive consultation and alleviate you and your office from a time consuming difficult referral.

Fax a referral form to our office at 248-218-4072 or provide this to your patient.
Option 1:
Call Dr. Vettraino directly at 248-997-5800. Your patient will then be contacted and a consultation scheduled.
Option 2:
Provide the office number to your patient and Nicole will act as the facilitator as described above.
