About Threasa Walser
Threasa Walser, RNC, MSN, WHNP-BC, is an advanced nurse practitioner at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C. She brings over 28 years of experience in working in women's health to patients living in Rochester Hills, Troy and Lenox, Michigan.
Threasa earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Saginaw Valley State University University Center, Michigan. She then received her Master of Science in nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She is board certified as a women’s health nurse practitioner by the National Certification Corporation. Threasa is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau and the Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health.
As a women’s health nurse practitioner, Threasa enjoys caring for women throughout their lifespan. She is trained in intrauterine device (IUD) insertion and removal as well as Nexplanon® insertion. She has successfully completed the Mentorship Program with the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. She has a special interest in adolescent health care and infertility.
When she’s away from the office, Threasa enjoys spending time with her husband, fraternal twins, family, and friends.
