I was transferred from a standalone ER to the hospital where Dr. Kerry Lee practices after being diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst. Although she was not on call at the time and several physicians from her office were rounding on me, I knew I would likely need surgery and began researching my options. I was very impressed by Dr. Lee’s reviews, so I called her office and requested her specifically, not even knowing if that would be possible. To my surprise, Dr. Lee personally called me back almost immediately. She took the time to thoroughly discuss my case and answer my questions. The next morning, she came to see me first thing, carefully explained everything in detail, and even drew diagrams so I could fully understand what was happening. Her bedside manner was exceptional, and her depth of knowledge was evident. I have a very high pain tolerance, but this cyst caused more pain than both childbirth and a kidney stone—experiences I’ve had before. As a registered nurse with nearly two decades of experience working alongside many physicians, I do not give recommendations lightly. Dr. Lee truly stood out. On the morning of my surgery, she checked on me twice in pre-op, which was incredibly calming and reassuring. The surgery went perfectly, even though the situation was more complex than expected due to my endometriosis. Although I typically receive care through the University of Michigan, my emergency led me to Corewell. I have absolutely no regrets. I genuinely believe Dr. Lee was the best possible physician to handle my case, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an outstanding OB-GYN.

This is my first pregnancy and I’ve been participating in the centering classes. I can hands down say that this was the best decision I’ve made. I feel so comfortable and confident going into labor even though I know I don’t know everything. I feel prepared and supported by the midwives and the other moms who I’ve come to know during this program. If you have the opportunity to enroll in centering, do it! It will not disappoint!

Beth Mutch is amazing. She took so much time with me. She answered all my questions and made sure I was good with any decisions prior to leaving. She is knowledgeable and compassionate.

I cannot recommend Heidi at Oakland Macomb OBGYN enough for pelvic floor physical therapy. I started seeing her for postpartum pelvic floor recovery, and she has been great from day one. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and makes what can feel like an uncomfortable topic very easy to talk about. To start, she took the time to thoroughly explain how the pelvic floor works, then assessed my specific needs, and has created a personalized treatment plan for me. I appreciated how she combined hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and education so I could continue improving at home. If you are looking for a pelvic floor physical therapist for postpartum recovery, I highly recommend scheduling with her. It's clear that she truly cares about her patients and about creating a supportive, comfortable environment. I’m extremely grateful for the progress I’ve made so far thanks to her care!

Overall, a good visit!

I had my first appointment last Monday at your office and I was very happy with the your customer service. Everyone was very good but Michelle Wood in front desk was outstanding with her kindness, professional, patience with my questions and very helpful. My Dr Soyoun Bark was very good.

First appointment and definitely not the last with the professional, charismatic, and excellent communicator, Dr. Yoon. I left feeling valued, heard, and seen which is a vital component of any health experience and certainly the wellness of women. I found his staff to be gracious, caring, and patient in every interaction. Extremely grateful to meet Dr. Yoon, his team, and receive a thoughtful, insightful diagnosis.

The wait time was short. Dr. Bark and the team were very polite, kind, and made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to my visit next year.

Absolutely LOVE and highly recommend Dr. Patricia Goymerac!!! Dr. Goymerac leads with compassion, active listening, then discussion with empathy, exceptional communication of not only possible strategies to solve issues /concerns but reasoning of why and timeline to expect testing, follow-ups and even diagrams of anatomy to help explain what may be happening. My life was a struggle for many years begging for some help and a professional to listen. After switching to Dr. Goymerac (from another practice), I found so much relief. Just her listening and believing me was beyond a blessing. Five months out from addition of HRT and my depression, hormone issues, and even the dreaded “hot flashes” are manageable to nonexistent. I am beyond pleased with Oakland-Macomb Obgyn and especially Dr Goymerac. She is Phenomenal!!!

This was my second visit with Dr Goymerac after switching from another practice. To say she is amazingly kind and thorough is not enough. Dr Goymerac was so understanding of my concerns, family history, and past experiences. She took time to not only draw out a quick, but detailed, visual pictorial of where some areas of potential concerns/issues may be but also showed great restraint in not just prescribing a bunch of tests and new medications and supplements saying she wanted to do one added measure: prescription or test at a time so we know exactly what my body may do/how it affects me/ potential side effects… etc. She exhibited amazing compassion, excellent listening and asked questions in how I felt about her idea of course of action. Dr Goymerac is definitely worth the 50 min drive and is so appreciated for her kindness, time she took with me, and actually wanting input from her patients (Me). Highly, highly recommend Dr. Patricia Goymerac.

Even though I've been seen for persistent recurring BV infections throughout the year, Heather was the first provider to tell me that the virus can live on surfaces for up to 6 months. She recommended buying new underwear and using sanitizer with my laundry -- something I had never heard of before. I don't understand why this isn't something every provider here suggests because it would have saved me a lot of stress and infections, I believe. Thank you, Heather, for really listening to me!

McBride is so patient and answers all my questions. He doesn't make any judgements toward my choices and supports whatever decisions I want to make. I'm also impressed how every time he remembers me and though he does check my chart he remembers me well enough he probably wouldn't have to.

I have been going to Dr. Wallace for years and I only have positive things to say. She is very engaging and listens to any concerns. She always takes her time answering questions and explaining her answers. She never seems rushed when she is with me and goes above and beyond to problem solve any health issues that arise. On my last visit, there had been a scheduling mix up with my mammogram and Dr. Wallace was able to get it resolved that day!

Nicole is absolutely amazing. I was recently diagnosed with Gestational diabetes which was extremely overwhelming and scary for me. Very little wait, thorough exam

Dr. McBride explained choices insurance, specifically Medicare makes, why they do and that I still had options. I greatly appreciated that. He also was confident he had a solution for an issue I've had for years, I left your office on Cloud 9 that there was even a chance it could go away. Check in and check out went smoothly, next appts all set up.

My experience today at the office was exceptional. I had a procedure done with the Pronox. Christy NP and Maureen MA were amazing and so genuine! When I walked into the office, I was extremely nervous and anxious. Christy explained everything that was going to happen from start to finish; this put me at such ease. She then answered any questions I had. She never made the visit feel rushed. This was the first time I had met her and you could tell how caring she is. She is very knowledgeable and was also very realistic on what to expect, which I appreciated. I would 10000% recommend using the pronox for any procedure if you have the option too, it truly was the best $95! It relaxes you; you’re actually in control of how much you get, and for me, it took the pain away from the procedure completely! I truly had so much anxiety for nothing! I was shocked on how great it worked for me. Better yet, I was able to walk out 15 minutes later and drive home. I definitely would have thought twice to do this procedure if I didn’t have pronox available to me. I am so happy Oakland Macomb offers this service. Thank you Christy and Maureen for making my experience so pleasant today!

Heather was very thorough and gave me good solutions to what I was dealing with.

Dr. Yoon helped me when I ended up in the hospital with chest pains during my pregnancy. I was very afraid and he came down to check on me during my stay. He was calm and so caring and helpful in getting more information and answered all of my questions. I felt taken care of even though I was stuck in the ER area, everyone on the team made sure baby and I got the NST's and help we needed while I was in the hospital those few days. I felt so lucky to have the support of your entire group and especially Dr. Yoon during that time.

I met Dr. Lee the day I went into labor with my son. I was a 43 year old 2nd time mom, just thrilled I didn't have to be induced this time. I was starting to get really nervous and scared part way thru the delivery. I was so afraid all of a sudden. Dr. Lee helped calm me down and delivered our son so fast! My husband and I are so grateful for her care and her genuine kindness that helped us through the labor and delivery. I never imagined the experience could be so positive when it came to the Doctors and nurses involved. It was so different than the care we received at another Metro Detroit facility for the birth of our daughter. We cannot say enough good things about your entire team and thank you from the bottom of my heard for my baby boy. His arrival and care while I was pregnant were always above and beyond. I love you guys!

Yes, Monday morning I had a mammogram and I seen Dr. Lee I had a good experience the nurses and doctors there are the best they make you feel comfortable and they’re so nice to talk to. They understand their patients thank you Dr. Hall.

Dr. Kennedy is so understanding and allows the time the patient needs during the visit. She placed my 2nd IUD and it was a 100% better experience than with my 1st IUD placed by another physician.

Appts for mammo and exam were on time and easy because they schedule both at the same time and they are both in the same building. Staff is wonderful. Dr. Peng is amazing. Takes a lot of time with her patient. Is very gentle.

I went into Troy Beaumont Hospital for a colposcopy with Dr. McBride. He made me feel comfortable with the procedure and answered all my questions. He even had me laughing. I really really like Dr. McBride. My daughter is even going to switch to him ! Highly recommend Dr. McBride.

Dr. Peng is one of the kindest, smartest, and most compassionate doctors I know. As an ER nurse at Royal Oak and now Lenox, I've worked with a lot of doctors. Many are excellent, in my opinion. What makes Dr. Peng stand out above the rest is her honesty and sincerity. 5 stars for sure!

Dr. Wallace completely understood my needs and was gentle and efficient. I had to ask for a urine specimen to be taken though, because I thought I had a UTI. However, when I requested one, I did give a specimen and the urine was sent to the lab. The nurse contacted me when the culture was back and I was prescribed medication for the UTI

I had to have a small procedure done today at office and all the nurses, Dr. Page, Dr dorsey who was my anesthesiologist, they were all very professional, definitely put my mind at ease!!!! They all had very good bed side manners, they were all great!!!!!!

I love Dr. Page!! She is extremely knowledgeable and is very easy to work with. We've been together a long time and I'm not going anywhere.

The surgery wasn't a fun thing, but I trust Dr Sapick with my care. She is kind, gentle and explains things well. This is the second surgery I entrusted to her and tho I hope there isn't another in my future, I would entrust her with that one, as well.

Incredibly thankful to have found Dr. Johnson. She’s the most genuinely caring doctor I’ve met. Her knowledge and advice led me to have a procedure done that has alleviated cycle issues I’ve had for over 15 years which other doctors had dismissed. Dr. Love preformed the procedure, and he was very reassuring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

Best Drs around! I’ve had multiple pregnancies and losses, the Drs all took my last 2 pregnancies so seriously followed closely and after having Complications and a preemie at prior office ,I was able to carry 2 babies full term with this crew! 2 perfect c-sections , many D&Cs , an ablation and finally a hysterectomy all performed by the amazing Drs at Oak Mac. All the Drs, US staff, receptionists etc all care so much about their patients and take the time to listen and treat each patient individually, not like just a number like other offices I’ve been too.

Dr Young Yoon is caring and compassionate and especially so with elders. I am grateful he is my OB Gyn

I have never met a more compassionate, kind doctor in my life. After multiple visits to other physicians, I came to Oakland-Macomb in desperate need to help. Dr. Lee was so thorough, and ultimately decided that I needed surgery and soon. Without her understanding, letting me tell my whole history & recounting family members, She & Dr. Heeringa removed a large fibroid from me. They gave me the opportunity to become pregnant that others would not. I am so grateful for the referral to Oakland-macomb, but also to the receptionist that told me that Dr. Lee was the one to see.

I met Dr Ibrahim 2 almost 3 years ago, she delivered my first born. She is so profesional, caring, friendly and she will answer every question you have during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. Dr. Kennedy was born to be a doctor. A learned physician, excellent bedside and communicator. She is the standard for others to aspire to.

Dr Kennedy is a wonderful Doctor, she spends the time needed to explain situations with her patient's. She is very knowledgeable and looks for the best scenario to help her paitent's. Dr Kennedy has a great bedside manner. I am fortunate to have her as my Doctor.

Dr. McBride is a warm and caring OB. He always makes me feel comfortable and like I'm a part of my care team. With his upbeat attitude, you can't help but think loves what he does.

We will grateful for life to Dr. Stark . I had been diagnosed with a condition where I would have very low chances to conceive .She not only performed a very complicated surgery very successfully, as well after that drove us all the way on the path to conceive and trough a risk pregnancy . We would definitely not be able to have our little Joy without her outstanding commitment, empathy, skills and passion for what she does. We wish all professionals would do the same.
