John Micallef is our Chief Executive Officer who possesses over 20 years of executive experience and a total of 32 years in healthcare.
John holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration as well as multiple certifications in Radiology, Project Management and Information Technology.
He has consulted nationally and internationally to healthcare systems giving him a global understanding of business operations and a reputation of having an empathetic approach to leadership.
Leading the tireless efforts of the Oakland Macomb OBGYN practice and family has been a great source of pride and inspiration both personally and professionally.
In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, sons, golfing and riding his Harley.
Kim Hauschild, FHFMA is our Finance Administrator and has been with Oakland Macomb OBGYN family for just over 2 years. Kim received her Bachelor of Accountancy from Walsh College and is a Fellow Member of Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Kim has spent over 20 years in healthcare finance at some of the area hospitals including Beaumont Hospital/Troy where she was introduced to Oakland Macomb OBGYN.
Mother to two grown daughters and recently her first grandchild. In her spare time, you will find her and her husband up north at their home reading books, kayaking and riding ATV’s.
Kim Nowicki is our Clinical, Triage, and Medical Assistant Manager She has been with our Oakland Macomb family for nearly a decade. Kim obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University.
Kim spent 15 years of her nursing career at William Beaumont Hospital/Royal Oak, where our beloved Doctors. McBride, Stark, Love, Wallace, and Sapick were just beginning their careers as OBGYN residents.
As a mother of four lovely daughters she developed a passion for Infertility care and feels blessed to assist patients in their dreams of starting their own families.
In her spare time, she enjoys attending sporting events (GO GREEN!), working out and traveling with her family.
Maria Eloff is our Customer Service Manager. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a minor in General Music, she also obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Oakland Community College. Most recently she has completed her Masters in Healthcare Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
Maria has over 15 years of direct customer service experience and is devoted to ensuring that all OAMA patients are treated with respect, kindness, and compassion. Her staff of thirty have big hearts and go above and beyond every day.
In Maria’s spare time you will see her crocheting, cooking, playing euchre, and embracing her large Italian/Macedonian Family!
Cara Williams is our Center for Breast Health Manager.
Cara came to Oakland Macomb with an extensive background in Hospitality and Customer Service Management. She then transitioned to follow her dreams of working in the medical field where she has been for more than fifteen years.
Cara is a warm-hearted care giver and has a passion for women’s health.
“I firmly believe women need exceptional care in an environment that is tranquil as well as professional and our Breast Center delivers on both.”
Her philosophy is women usually give out more than they get back, and here at the Breast Center we like to give support with excellence to help our patients with their breast care needs.
In her spare time Cara enjoys spending time with her twin nephews, crocheting, camping, reading novels, listening to all genres of music, and dreaming of one day swimming with sharks!
