About Chelsey Guevara, CNM, FNP-BC

Chelsey Guevara, CNM, FNP-BC is a dual board certified nurse-midwife and family nurse practitioner on the team at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C. She cares for women and their families throughout Rochester Hills, Troy, and Lenox, Michigan.

Chelsey completed her Nurse-Midwifery and Family Nurse Practitioner education at the University of Michigan, where she is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She is a proud Michigan Wolverine alumni having also received her Bachelor's in Nursing at University of Michigan in 2023. She then worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Henry Ford West Bloomfield while completing her advance practice dual certifications. Chelsey's professional passions include lifelong holistic health promotion, trauma-informed consent, and health equity among special populations.

Outside of the midwifery, Chelsey enjoys spending time with her family. She divides her timing cheering in audiences and hockey areas as she is a proud dance and goalie mom.
